| | The Engineering Department offers a wide assortment of maps. Most are available free of charge. Please contact staff for more specific information.

| McGruff Program [Police ] |
| | The McGruff Program incorporates many different functions of crime prevention. The Kaukauna Police Department is currently using McGruff for safe houses and also for discussions and appearances.
The McGruff houses are safe zones for people in trouble. The house is identified by a McGruff poster in the window. The owners of the homes have completed a background check and are deemed a safe place to go.
McGruff is used for educational talks in situations where children are involved. Although McGruff himself does not talk, he usually assists an officer in making the children feel more comfortable.
If you are interested in becoming a McGruff house or having McGruff at your event, please contact the Kaukauna Police Department at 920-766-6333, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

| Metal Detector [Engineering] |
| | The City of Kaukauna has a metal detector available to assist residents in finding buried property irons along their lot lines. The metal detector is available to City of Kaukauna residents free of charge and can be checked out for 24 hours.

| Moonlit Snowshoe Hike [1000 Islands Environmental Center] |
| | February 7th - 6:00 PM. Enjoy the (almost) full moon while hiking the trails. Snowshoes will be provided. Please arrive 1/2 hour early if you will need assistance puttin gon snowshoes or for a quick lesson. Free program for all ages. Please call to register at least one week in advance.

| | Municipal Court is held every Tuesday at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Services Building, 201 W. Second Street, Kaukauna.
